The standard scope covers:
- One agreed customer journey or service interaction.
- Pre-visit or contact planning.
- One interaction carried out by an appropriate Deaf mystery shopper.
- Structured assessment of communication and accessibility, based on factual observations.
- A concise written findings report with practical recommendations.
A realistic interaction, agreed in advance.
Examples include a retail or customer-service visit, a reception enquiry, or testing an accessible contact route. We agree the scenario before the assignment so the findings address a clear service question.
The shopper behaves naturally and reports what happens. The purpose is to understand the experience and identify improvements.
